How do I try it?
Sign up and your store opens with every module switched on for a free trial. When the trial ends nothing is locked away: the store carries on with the Free plan and all its data until you choose a paid plan.
What address does my store get?
Its own, like yourstore.ecomtize.com. You can also connect a domain you already own; it goes live once a DNS record proves it is yours.
Do I have to type in all my items and customers?
No. Download the item and customer templates, fill them in Excel and import them. Every row is checked, and problems such as a duplicate SKU or a PAN that isn't 9 digits are listed by row.
Which devices does it run on?
The web console runs in the browser on any computer, and the Android app works at the counter or on the move. Both read the same store.
Is it made for Nepal?
Yes. Amounts are in rupees, Bikram Sambat dates sit beside AD, 13% VAT is built in, and the sales, purchase and IRD invoice registers are kept as you work.
Can my staff use it without seeing everything?
Yes. Give each person a role such as manager, cashier or accountant, and they see and do only what that role allows.
I have more than one branch. Does that work?
Each branch or warehouse keeps its own stock, and transfers between them are recorded, so you can see one branch or all of them.
Is my store's data kept apart from other stores?
